The cooler days and precipitation make fall an excellent time of year to head out and explore the mountain bike trails. Rainy fall days are best spent on the mountain bike trails for a few reasons: It is drier on the tree covered trails than being out in the open and it is a fun challenge to see who can get the most covered in dirt. Just remember to take it easy on the corners when mountain biking on a rainy day.
