This workshop will happen over 3 consecutive nights Wednesday May 23rd 7pm to 8pm On the first night we will go over what is involved in making hot process liquid soap. We will also talk about the safety of working with lye. Then we will do the first step in making liquid soap, making a soap paste. Contemporary Jazz Dance class with a focused on stability, deep core work, alignment and embodied movement, all to rad music. Geared to those interested in dance, who may have injuries which prevent them from participating, to those looking for a deeper felt sense of their alignment in movement.
