The weather will impact the trail conditions depending on the amount of precipitation, especially in the late fall to early spring. In the winter expect snow to be covering most of the trails. Check the conditions ahead of time and be prepared for the seasons.
When using ATVs and or 4×4 buggy’s on public land designated as “Forestry Roads” you must obey provincial regulations. Here is a brief overview of some important rules of use, however, please check the website for the most current and rules & regulations.

Can I bring my Own 4×4 for a Tour?
No, our operators’ insurance does not allow you to bring your own machine. They have fully serviced and reliable machines included in the tour price.
Do you Rent 4×4’x ?
No, at this moment we only offer guided tours.
Do your tours include snacks?
The prices do not include snacks unless specified. However food & dining can be arranged for custom groups of 15 or more. Please check out our guide to the Local Favourite Restaurants for your best squamish dining options.
Where is the check in location for the tours?
Currently the check in location is at the Carleton Lodge located in Whistler. Transportation from Whistler to the Callaghan valley is included in the price. You can self drive to the Callaghan valley, however, we encourage our guests to check in at the Whistler tour desk. This is to ensure that they don’t get lost and miss the tour. The driving distance to the Callaghan location is the exact same distance as to Whistler if departing from Squamish.
How far in advance to I need to book?
The earlier you book the better. Many of our tours book up weeks in advance and spaces are limited. So, the further ahead you book, the more likely you are to get the date and time that best suites you. A good guide is at least 1-2 weeks prior booking. We require a minimum of 12 hours before tour departure to process your booking.
