New Location for The Winter Farmers Market

When you think farmers’ markets you think fresh, local produce, warm handmade baked goods, tasty unique treats, one-of-a-kind artisan crafts and a little insight into town life, right? Yes. You think of supporting small businesses, connecting with the locals, maybe discovering a new musical talent, right? Absolutely. You think, vacation destination for those hot summer days, right? Not always the case my friend!

Here in the Sea to Sky we’re no winter pansies! Our makers, bakers and growers aren’t stopping once the summer market comes to an end; they’re simply moving to cozier digs for the winter months where they can offer their labours of love to locals and visitors in a little more comfort. This year the Squamish Farmers’ Market is proud to announce that the Squamish Adventure Centre will be hosting the 2017 Winter Market EVERY Saturday from November 4th to December 16th from 10-2.

The Adventure Centre boasts space for both indoor and outdoor vendors, plus lots of room for those coveted food trucks!

Much like the summer market, you can expect find your pick of farm-fresh produce and meats, made-with-talent unique arts and crafts, and a plethora of can’t-get-it-off-your-mind fresh and prepared food. Look for a few new vendor faces too! Not to mention all the awesome Adventure Centre amenities will still be in full-swing! If you’re looking to beat the winter blues and get out like you did this summer, this is definitely the place to do it.
