Established in 2018, Northyards Cider operates under the mission to create ciders that are delicious and crushable, while maintaining the integrity of traditional cider making and the quality of fruit. Traditional methods mean they take freshly picked B.C. apples, grown to rigorous standards, press them, ferment the juice, and then let it age. That’s it. They don’t add any sugar, alcohol, preservatives, artificial flavorings, or anything else that would compromise the beauty of a properly crafted cider. It’s a ton of work following the traditional ways, but Northyards knows that the difference is obvious. We hope that you take as much joy in sipping a pint of their ciders as much as we do!
