Can I bring my Own 4×4 for a Tour?

No, our operators’ insurance does not allow you to bring your own machine. They have fully serviced and reliable machines included in the tour price.

Do you Rent 4×4’x ?

No, at this moment we only offer guided tours.

Where is the check in location for the tours?

Currently the check in location is at the Carleton Lodge located in Whistler. Transportation from Whistler to the Callaghan valley is included in the price. You can self drive to the Callaghan valley, however, we encourage our guests to check in at the Whistler tour desk. This is to ensure that they don’t get lost and miss the tour. The driving distance to the Callaghan location is the exact same distance as to Whistler if departing from Squamish.

How far in advance to I need to book?

The earlier you book the better. Many of our tours book up weeks in advance and spaces are limited. So, the further ahead you book, the more likely you are to get the date and time that best suites you. A good guide is at least 1-2 weeks prior booking. We require a minimum of 12 hours before tour departure to process your booking.
