This is Shala Yoga School’s Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Teacher Training. This training is for those looking to dive more deeply into their personal practice or who want to begin working towards teaching yoga. Bhavana means ‘cultivating’ or ‘mood’. This class will be inspired by music from a specific artist or genre.
