One hour classes for all levels starting in April 2019: Tuesdays at 12 noon and Sundays at 8 am (excluding Easter Sunday)

Ideal for all levels of fitness!
In these classes, you will learn to move your body in ways that will enhance all aspects of your daily life. More specifically, Rebecca Warren will give you the tools to capitalize on your body’s intrinsic strength using balls, bands, towels, and varied body weight movements. Classes will feature yoga based movements that incorporate pushing and pulling in order for participants to achieve greater openness, mobility, and strength. Overall this series will improve your body’s balance of strength and flexibility, thus improving your daily life, yoga postures, and fostering a deeper connection to your practice.
Rebecca focuses on achieving strength based on a mobile and robust yet stable pelvis and spine. She is a highly skilled teacher with over 10 years experience as both a personal trainer and a certified yoga teacher with her own studio in Whistler; Basecamp Fitness. She is experienced in FMS (Functional Movement Systems) with a focus on Core Awareness.
