This 6-week registered Introduction to Yoga is perfect for anyone new to yoga regardless of age or physical ability.
Designed with the beginner in mind, Yoga Foundations systematically introduces the physical practice, basic breath awareness and simple philosophy of this incredibly-beneficial practice. Samantha has years of experience helping beginners to feel welcome and confident on their mats from their very first class.
