Yoga for Hip Health, Strength and Mobility

We rely on our hips to support us in nearly everything we do but we don’t always support them very well. Stretching them when they feel tight doesn’t always help for long and isn’t necessarily what they really need or the most effective way to ease that tension.
If:
– you’re tired of stretching and only getting temporary relief from feelings of stiffness and tension in your hips and low back
– you want a better (and longer term) solution to those aches & pains
– you’re looking for more ease and mobility in your hips…
– or you just want to continue doing the things you love without pain
this 6 week series is for you.
You’ll walk away with a better understanding of WHY things get tight in the first place, what you can do yourself to ease that discomfort and some new tools to help your hips feel happier and more flexible.
* Class size is limited and updated guidelines from public health and WorkSafe BC are carefully followed.
Session starts April 12, 2021
Mondays from 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
at The Yoga Studio (37776 2nd Ave, Squamish)
Dates: 6 weeks starting April 12. (April 12 – May 17)
