Offer your body a moment to slow down, to shake off the day, and settle the mind with the practices of Yin and Yoga Nidra.
In this practice, we move into simple (mostly seated or supine) postures with the support of props, holding for longer periods to gently open to body.
When we take the time to release the tension from the day we are able to settle and surrender to the practice of Yoga Nidra even more deeply.
