An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 28, 2020
Core & Stretch
This class emphasizes on core strength and strengthening the tummy, back, and buttocks with postural exercises.
Through dynamic and passive movement, the exercises will open the chest, and stretch the body as your strength builds. Each exercise is presented with varying levels of progressions and difficulty thus keeping your body safe.
Benefits of this class:
Injury prevention and improving functionality of daily activities.. Increased range of motion in the joints, reduced tension and pain in the neck, back and hips. Increased stability, balance and coordination. Better posture and circulation. Increases energy levels.

Kriszti is a former National Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion. As a qualified Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach and Fitness Instructor since 1992, Kriszti has been teaching Step Aerobics, Body shaping, Stretching, Yoga along with Ballet and Gymnastics for children.
For more than ten years she has been working as a Personal trainer, Pilates and Body balance specializing in preventive spine trainer certificates and fitness instructor in Hungary.
