Stretch and Sip with Jasmine Gaulin

Jasmine will be leading a one-hour session featuring a wide range of yoga-inspired postures suitable for all levels. Stick around after class for a social hour with a complimentary cider or Spark komboucha!
I love to move, I always have. This passion for movement has shaped my life in many ways. It led me to the study of kinesiology and a career in physical rehabilitation, and many years ago it led me to Squamish where I could pursue a life of playing in the mountains. After an injury of my own, my desire to keep moving encouraged me to dive head first into the practice of yoga and eventually to me completing my yoga teacher training in beautiful Bali. Here I learned that, even at this point in my life, the way I moved through the world was still largely hindered by barriers formed in my mind, barriers I didn’t know existed.
It was through using yoga and breathing to bridge the gap between body and mind that I learned to move beyond these barriers, learned to harness my inner positivity and mental flexibility and project it outwards into my practice, my relationships, and my everyday life.
By providing you with sweaty, heartfelt, never too serious classes, my goal is to help you break free of whatever it is that limits your beliefs about what you can achieve and bring forth into your life, both on and off the mat.
