Squamish Seedy Sunday 2020

Join us for our Fourth Annual Squamish Seedy Sunday!

Seedy Sundays are a community gathering and an ethical resource for gardeners of all levels. Come meet local seed producers, small-scale farmers, medicinal plants and mushrooms artisans, listen to relevant knowledgeable speakers and more. Bring the whole family, there will be fun for all ages.

By coming to Seedy Sunday, you have the incredible chance to attend one or many of these presentations that will be given in the Tantalus Room, next to our main event’s room:

10h15am: Bees with local beekeeper Nic Butler, at Good Time Bee Farm.
11h00am: Squamish’s Most Wanted with Claude-Anne Godbout-Gauthier, Education Outreach Coordinator with Sea-to-Sky Invasive Species Council.
11h45am: Ecological, Sustainable and Edible Landscaping with SOLscapes.
12h30pm: Herbal Medicine Practical Preparations for Everyone, presented by Kym Chi of Permaculture Design & Tender Hearted Healing.
1h15pm: Grow Green Design, with Karin England, Regional Park Planner with Metro Vancouver, regular collaborator with the UBC Botanical Garden, and adjunct professor in the UBC School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

Bring your favourite mug as there will be fresh coffee for sale.
The Turmeric Trailer will be on site selling beautiful food.
They specialize in vegan and vegetarian cooking and pride themselves with serving healthy creations that taste amazing.
