Kristina’s slow flow begins with a potent grounded meditation which leads you into slow, rhythmic movement designed to warm and open the body. There is a focus on finding strength and stability first, then exploring the freedom and your own unique expression within each posture.
Each movement is linked and guided by the breath with lots of options/additions/modifications, this class is accessible to most.
