Sense Bliss

We will begin with Ayurvedic Walking Massage: A bone alignment system. If possible, please come with a friend so you both can practice giving and receiving this half hour massage technique. You are welcome to come solo, and all bodies can participate.
This practice incorporates sen lines from Thai massage, acupressure points, and skeletal alignment. It is a style that is easeful for the practitioner, as it requires only attention and body weight over strength.

Next Corinne will guide you through the Tri Dosha lying series. This is a practice of aligning our selves in asanas which create metaphysical impact on our whole being, invoking a deep state of relaxation in our physical body. We cultivate relaxation of the conscious mind thus allowing the subconscious to express its innate wisdom. You will be guided into an awareness of harmony and sense of your True Self.

Please bring a yoga mat and foam mat for massage if you have access.
Best to eat at least one hour before massage and yoga.
Refrain from caffeine if possible.
