Join Annie Martinello in this mindful, gentle and therapeutic yoga practice which is suitable for all ages and bodies. A slow-paced practice that includes movements to help contribute in gentle joint lubrication and core awakening. Expect a variety of yoga postures from standing, sitting and lying down with a mindful focus on breath throughout the class and ending with a guided relaxation. Modifications will be suggested so everyone feels included and comes to the understanding that yoga is a practice we can all enjoy.
