Join Nicole Scott on Tuesdays starting in November for a 75 minute vinyasa yoga practice. With thorough cuing and strong emphasis on alignment, we will move through the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga to leave you confident and ready to flow. Each week will break down and discuss a different pose in detail.
