Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until January 27, 2020
Detox and cleanse your body and mind while building strength, flexibility and body awareness. You will be constantly moving through this fast-paced vinyasa flow, learning new asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) as well as helpful modifications to meet you wherever you find yourself in your yoga practice. Set to fun music in an infrared heated room, this class is great for athletes and yogis new and old and will increase physical strength and bring you into alignment.
