~An Introduction to Gardening Throughout the Seasons~
All the gardening workshops are held at the Squamish public library, starting at 10:30 AM until Noon, one Sunday every month.
This is part of a nine-month gardening workshop series put on by Squamish CAN (Climate Action Network) and the Squamish Public Library, instructed by gardening guru Barb Hinde – a retired certified organic grower and herbalist.
Generously funded by Vancouver Coastal Health, and with in-kind support from the Squamish Public Library/District of Squamish.
Each workshop is as interactive as possible, so bring your questions when you come. Foraging and herbal medicine topics will be included in the workshops this year.
The workshop is by donation, with all funds going back to Squamish CAN for continuing our community programming.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
