This 4 or 6 week beginner yoga series breaks down the flow of a class in digestible increments and allows students to adjust the pose to their specific bodies that day.
From people who have never done yoga, are working to get back into it, want to use yoga as therapy, or want to revisit the fundamentals in order to deepen the connection within the body, this series will benefit you.
The first 4 weeks progresses the knowledge of poses and weeks 5 and 6 are designed to resemble a 60 minutes class with everything that was reviewed in the first 4 weeks.
Classes are recorded and sent to you right after class to repeat as many times as you would like until we meet the following Wednesday.
