Get your heart rate up, and burn fat in less time with a HIIT, high-intensity interval training class with Anne Schön.
HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Classes predominantly use body weight but different props and weights will be occasionally used to spice it up. All exercises can be modified to any restrictions.
$10/class – OR – 5 punch card for $47
$15 drop in – OR – 5 punch card for $60
Anne is a group fitness instructor since 2017 and is educated in pre- and postnatal fitness as well as personal training. Anne’s loves the sense of community and responsibility that come with group fitness and is always striving to push participants while keeping classes fun and fresh.
