Voted “Best Patio” for nine years in a row, the restaurant has made a name for itself among locals and visitors alike. Back to that patio- It’s one of the many reasons diners prefer to sit outside at Watershed Grill. The patio is surrounded by mountains and beautiful bodies of water. If you pay attention, you can spot seals and eagles down the Squamish River. The views are one of the many things that make this restaurant so special. And lucky for you, the patio is open year-round, complete with heating. If you have to head inside, don’t worry. Grab a seat by the window so you can still take a peak at the great outdoors.

In addition to the great sights, Watershed has some tasty food. Start off with a nice appetizer like baked brie or spring rolls. We promise you won’t regret it! If you’re looking for something lighter, try the blue lip steamed mussels. Watershed has plenty of options to meet all your needs, and can also accommodate both gluten free and vegetarian diners. Burgers are a favorite here, and there’s no shortage of options. You’ll find everything from your traditional beef burger, to wild salmon burgers and veggie burgers. Don’t forget the yam fries! They’re tasty, too. Since you’ll be sitting right on the water, you may want to try the seafood pasta, tilapia tacos or crab cakes.

Don’t forget to bring the little ones along! Watershed Grill has a kids menu as well. Kids can choose from items like wild sockeye salmon, chicken nuggets and linguini pasta, among other things.

In addition to lunch and dinner items, Watershed serves a limited brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays until 1 p.m. The traditional Watershed breaky is only $9.95 and includes all your favorite breakfast foods, like bacon, eggs, toast and hash-browns. Other brunch favorites include French toast and a chorizo wrap.

Now that we’ve convinced you that Watershed should be your next dining stop, be sure to check out the calendar of events before you go!
